Jeju Island / 제주도, the Hawaii of South Korea, is a popular destination for nationals and foreigners alike, whether it be for vacation or just a weekend visit. With its gorgeous beaches and breathtaking scenery, tourism is high as the seasons approach warmer temperatures. However, by spring, you can experience a spectacular blooming festival with rapeseed fields framed with the wonderful scenery of the beaches and mountains framing the island, where people celebrate and hope for a richer future, make rapeseed crowns, eat Jeju buckwheat pancake (bingtteok) and pan-fried flower rice cake.
The rapeseed fields can be found just about anywhere in the nature of Jeju, which can make it difficult to plan where to go. That is why Jindowa has conducted a list of our top 4 areas we would recommend for you visit if you want to partake in this festival!
